Avoid the wicked…be wise…

12:10 Daniel “Many will be purified, made spotless and refined, but the wicked will continue to be wicked. None of the wicked will understand, but those who are wise will understand.“ (NIV)

Daniel had written down what he had seen. He wanted to know when these things would happen. No dates were given. Only God knows that. Instead, we are to spend our time serving others and helping them to know the righteousness that we have through the sacrifice of Jesus. We are to seek wisdom. We are to avoid those who are wicked. We are not to be tempted by what they are offering. We are to remain strong even when we are tempted by things of this world. Nothing here can come close to what God has planned for us in heaven. Keep your eyes fixed on that vision of what we can look forward to… soon!

Please route this verse to family and friends everywhere. Ask if they could name people who they believe to be wicked. Ask if they are ever tempted by what those people offer. Listen to how they answer. It takes courage to stand with Jesus in our world. Many will try to distract, misdirect, mislead, and manipulate you into taking your eyes off of Jesus. Don’t fall for it. Continue to Trust in Him. Always Take Time For God’s Word© during the day or as you see the wicked at work to confuse us and at 12:10/am or pm. Print out a copy of this verse card. Keep it handy. Give some to friends. Warn others about the wicked. Encourage others to become wise in knowing and in serving Jesus. It is sad to see and hear about all the wickedness in our world. Some days they seem to be winning… YET, we know that we are on the winning team! Live that victorious life now… and forever!

We now offer prayers for all the hospitals and clinics with their staff, their patients, and families of those patients. From recent experience, we are so grateful for the professionals who serve ALL people with ALL types of problems. They serve with compassion. They serve with kindness. They serve with great care. Thank them for that service. Encourage them. If you serve in those places, THANK YOU! Stay blessed and be a blessing to all that you serve. Pass it on through words of love and acts of kindness just as Jesus showed to those in need of healing and help.
